We accept insurance-covered massage
We are very pleased to announce that our massage facility has the ability to accept various insurance plans such as Providence, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Veteran Affairs (VA), and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) insurance plans. Additionally, our massage facility is also eligible to accept payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
If you want to use your insurance to cover your massage sessions, please fill in the following form and we will verify your massage coverage benefits. We accept Providence, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna,Veteran Affairs (VA), and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) insurance plans. Once we verify your insurance massage coverage benefits, our staff will contact you to schedule your insurance-covered massage sessions.
